I don't really have much of note to impart to you about the past week, really. I returned from Cornwall - one of my favourite places in all the world - and then suffered, as is customary, post-holiday blues. I finished, among other books, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, which has some seriously lovely sentiments in it. And there's also been lots of talk about Ben Nevis (but that's something that's remaining a secret for the time being)..
Some final housekeeping before you all go off and enjoy Friday night as much as I'm sure I will - Gossip Girl marathon and pink champagne truffles, what's not to enjoy? If you'd like to follow my instagram account, please feel free. But if you'd prefer to stalk in the shadows, that's fine too. I should be back with another one of these next Friday, and another 'midweek motivation' on Wednesday, and most probably a smattering of random posts in between. I don't have a schedule really - can you tell?
Anyway, given that it is Friday, I feel we really all ought to follow the immortal instructions of Rebecca and go out and 'get down.' * ... Either that, or eat your weight in chocolate, whilst simultaneously becoming privy to the scandalous lives of Manhattan's elite. Whichever floats your boat.
*Seriously, where is her grammy?
pretty pictures!
